Aree Hotel Advert 1972

The Aree Hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood near the Aree (Ari) Skytrain station. It is currently called the Mitr Aree Hotel.

The Ari neighbourhood is currently becoming a fashionable, "hip" area with the opening of some new boutique hotels and trendy restaurants. More ominously, from the point of view of the preservation of the neighbourhood's character, there are also plans to open a Big C Superstore somewhere in the area.

Just a five minute drive north, or one skytrain stop, are the Liberty Hotel and the Pradiphat Hotel along Pradiphat Road.
